The principals of Premier Development have well over 100 years combined experience in the real estate development, management and brokerage businesses. The leadership team at Premier Development has overseen more than $2.5 billion in development activity. They are responsible for the development and/or redevelopment of over 2,000 condominium units, 8,000 single-family residential lots, over 400 resort hotel rooms and 3 golf courses.
